Privates - Private Lessons are the most effective,
efficient and recommended way to begin your Pilates
practice. Comprehensive lessons are tailored to your
individual needs.
Reformer Classes- Reformer Classes offer students a great workout on the equipment. Our small classes ensure a personalized experience.
Mat Classes - Mat classes offer a series of floor work
exercises designed to connect you to your core, while
making you stronger and more flexible.
Duets - Duets are ideal for two people who are at the
same fitness level and wish to do Pilates together
using the equipment.
*For your safety Plumb Line Pilates requires that each new Reformer class client begin their program with a minimum of two private lessons.
